The enrollment agreement is of utmost importance for the student as well as for the institution, since it depends on it that the student is aware of and in agreement with the rules of the institution, as well as the quotas and norms that must be followed as a student and as an institution.

The resource notebook is a guide and support to have at hand any information that the prospect or student may need.

Regulatory guidelines that important for Higher Education Post-Secondary institutions. Requirements that must be met to demonstrate administrative capability Accreditation, state authorization. Annual training must take place to stay up to date on these regulations. 

From this module, I learned the importance of staying informed about Florida regulations, knowing my institution well, and continually improving my skills. I plan to apply this by keeping up with updates, attending trainings and meetings, and strengthening my ability to match students with the right programs

The most valuable takeaway for me is the critical importance of thoroughly understanding our policies and procedures—not only to safeguard our students, but also to preserve the credibility and integrity of our institution.

I learned about how important it is to stay up to date on current rules and regulations and about how to create a notebook to assemble all relevant information for admissions.

What I learned is that anyone working in the admissions department has to take this course before actually working in the field and renew the certificate every year in order to stay up to date with policies and compliance. 

I learned the importance of regulatory compliance (CIE, FAC 6E), ethical practices, and the use of the Resource Notebook. I will apply this knowledge to transparently inform students, maintain up-to-date documents, and collaborate with the Performance Group, ensuring my institution complies with Florida regulations.

My biggest takeaway is the importance of understanding our policies and procedures to ensure that we are protecting our students and uphold the integrity our institution.

I have learned from this module, the importance of the catalog, organizational chart, and the need to meet the Director of placement. Not being "called" an advisor, or counselor, is also new knowledge.

The information shared was about the importance of the Resource Notebook and all of the pertinent information that is needed to be held within it. I also learned about the need for the marketing materials to meet specific standards as set forth within the Rules. The need for CEUs when renewing our license was very important to be aware of to be successful.

I learned the responsibilities of an Admissions Rep, the important of definitions and terms for the admissions process. You need to say up to date with rules and regulations from your institution. 

I learned how important compliance is and how much you need to keep up to date because regulations and information can change.

Knowing the Rules and Regulations is an essential part of being an administrator. Staying current and up to date on any new updates ensures you are always truthful and informed to best assist current and future students.

I have learned how important it is to know the rules and regulations. Because a mistake made by a representative not only can affect him/her but also the institution, so that shows how important it is to know the rules and regulations.

I have learned the importance of refreshing yourself on this course and compliance regulations are mandatory, i have also learned the correct terms used through this course. keeping my resource notebook up to date in order to provide correct information to prospective students

I have learned that is important to devote specific training time to learn the regulations and and to keep up to date of any additions or changes during your time in admissions. 

As an admissions staff member, I’ve learned that it’s essential to stay informed about all Florida regulations, remain up to date on policies, and have a thorough understanding of my institution. I now recognize the importance of practicing fair consumer standards and keeping my Resource Notebook current with accurate information. Moving forward, I plan to apply this knowledge by staying organized, seeking clarification when needed, and consistently providing honest and precise information to prospective students.

I learned that as an admissions staff member, it’s my responsibility to follow all Florida regulations, stay updated on rules, and know my institution inside and out. I now understand the importance of using fair consumer practices and keeping my Resource Notebook updated with current info. I plan to apply this by staying organized, asking questions when needed, and making sure I always give accurate and honest info to prospective students.

What I learned from the course is to stay compliant with the CIE and my institution and also make sure I absorb as much information about the institution to assure my student is a perfect fit for the program 

I learned how critical it is to understand the laws and regulations to be able to govern any students.
