I learned that it is very important to be up to date with all policies and procedures in the institution and stay up to date with all the changes as they occur.

I've learned about the different marketing tools and regulations in place to ensure the institution is following the regulations.

I learned about the enrollment process and the amount of paperwork that is required to enroll a student and that it ALL has to be filled out completely before the student can be enrolled.

I learned the importance of training and regulations as well as keeping up to date with regulations! The vital role that admissions representatives play in the industry is key in growing and maintaining the industry as well.
