I learned about staying up to date with laws and regulations, that schools need to train admissions representatives in order to keep being compliant, and of course I was able to understand the most important thing: being transparent and completely honest with students is all that matters, "if we do thing on behalf the well-being of students all of the rest will come by itself"

I learned that we always have to talk with prospects in an ethical way, being able to match in all matters with the catalog, also to be informed that every institution has their rules, and guidelines and we need to understand it and follow them in all matters to ensure a well practice of our role

From this module I learned the ethical approaches we as admissions representatives should take into account while treating with students.

I Have Learned that being an Admissions representative is not a matter of selling but a matter of helping people take an informed decision to improve their lives through education, that there are certain procedures and training that one have to follow in order to start having contact with prospects and students, the most important part is being able to train how to give the best service
