Its important to stay up to date with the institutions policies, programs , and regulations. Staying organized and up to date on all updates by participating in trainings to stay compliant and support future students.  

Learned the importance of learning your institutions programs, student services, and marketing practices. It is important to collaborate with departments and provide clear information to the student to help with their decision making with the school and program. 

In this module I learned the importance of the enrollment agreement, legal binding agreement, the catalog, and the enrollment check check list for all required documents. Understanding proper conversation of what you can and can not say about funding. 

The importance to know everything about the statues and rules to best serve our institutions students. We must renew each year to stay up to date.
