I’ve learned that being honest and clear with students matters more than anything in admissions. It’s not just about getting people to enroll—it’s about making sure they have all the facts and understand what to expect. Staying up to date with policies and sharing accurate info builds trust and helps students make the best choices for themselves. At the end of the day, I think our job is to support students, not just fill seats.

This module has given us a deeper appreciation for the balance between effective marketing and regulatory compliance. By staying informed, maintaining ethical standards, and collaborating across departments, we can help prospective students make informed decisions and uphold the reputation of our institutions.

After going through the module, I realized how easy it is to miss something important if you're not fully aware of the admission process. Having a checklist and knowing the requirements ahead of time definitely makes everything smoother. I’ll be paying extra attention to details moving forward to avoid any delays or confusion.

This training helped me see how important it is for admissions staff to know the latest rules, policies, and the school’s catalog. It’s not just about following the rules, but making sure we give students the best experience and stay in line with what’s expected. I also found it really helpful to hear different points of view from others. It gave me ideas on how to use what I’ve learned in real situations with students.
