It is a good idea to take into account your own personality, the teaching objectives of the school and the course being taugt. Also, each class group has its own personality. Get to know your students as a whole and as part of the whole so that you can best articulate the content for their style of learning.
Having an instructional plan to do this would include, having a timeline for your own personal development in topics on the timeline based on what teaching skills you need to develop in your progress as an instructor.

I learned that I am a motivator and that I set the bar for my class. It has helped me become more aware of what I do and say in fornt of students.

The information provided in this particular module was beneficial and reiterative of my own course curriculum as a learner in nursing education. The specific teaching points made me to realize how essential it is to amply apply the domains for learning (psychomotor, cognitive, and affective) when instructing. This provides learners an opportunity to not only be successful during curriculum development but to be capable of learning throughout their career development.
I have learned that studnets need to be respected and that I should be a friend to them but NOT a pal. Each student is a separate individual and must be treated as such. As an instructor, I must be on time, dress approproayely and act professionally at all times.
