Utilizing a pretest to evaluate the students progression of the program and knowledge obtained before beginning the class seems very useful in catering content to the class for their individual needs.

Planning and collaboration are important to ease self and students.

Demonstrating encouragement and professionally sharing information will keep students engaged.
