The key to understand the prospective student needs and wants is to provide an accurate, transparent information about the program and have the most knowledge of it so they are certain in making a decision. Also, the use different types of marketing materials and how it's targeted to the audience with compliance. 

I learned about the various resources at the organization you are representing that ensure you are providing proper information to your student. 

In this module I learned about the importance of being familiar with your institution, how they function and teach, what is offered, and how they advertise to students

It is a must to be versed in how your school or institution operates. Knowing the ins and outs or rules and regulations as well as resources that are beneficial to students is essential. 

This section highlighted that it is important to understand the programs and services that we offer and we should use all resources to learn about them.

What I learned in this section of the training is your institution may offer many services for students and have many ways of outreach it best to be come familiar with all that your school offers 

This section emphasized the importance of understanding your programs, available student services, and how to provide accurate information to prospective students. We explored how marketing materials can differ by school but must still meet compliance standards, and how crucial it is to review all content for clarity and accuracy. These practices are designed to ensure students receive a transparent and trustworthy experience.

This part focused on knowing your programs, student services, and how to access and share accurate info with prospective students. We learned how marketing materials vary by school but still need to follow the rules, and how important it is to review everything for clarity and compliance. All of which are in place to give students the best, most honest experience possible.

Although each school may use different forms of advertising such as TV, direct mail, print, digital, and Open House Events, reviewing advertising materials for compliance is vital to assuring factual and effective communication is utilized.

I learned about the importance of understanding the ends and outs of the programs my institution offers in order to better serve my students. I also learned about the marketing materials and how they are disseminated to prospective students through TV, Radio, Career Fairs, Brochures, etc. to attract target groups and that we can access these materials upon request as admissions representatives.

Knowing your programs and how they are structured helps you give helpful information to prospective students

Being knowledgeable about the specifics of each program helps you provide prospective students with the most accurate and relevant information, ensuring they make informed decisions about their education. 

Transparency is the main a rol in any policy, procedure, markeing and ads strategy. All process have to compliance with the Fair Consumer Practice and Comission Standars.

There are services that institutions offer that can vary from school to school. These Services are to help provide students with a better experience and additional information about employment option & help after the program has concluded. 

Know what is specific to your school regarding student services and graduation ceremonies, etc 

I learnt about different resource centers like Orientation, academic services, career services. I also learnt different forms of marketing materials that can be used to promote materials by marketing dept or admissions team.
