In this module I learned what each staff role should know and who to go to for certain information. 

Even though all institutions follow the department commission they all work differently and have different types of marketing. 

In this section I learned what guidelines I should follow and also when to redirect potential students other departments.

What I learned is that anyone working in the admissions department has to take this course before actually working in the field and renew the certificate every year in order to stay up to date with policies and compliance.
