It is imperative to use the feel, felt, found method when overcoming objections with a students. 

smile as you dial so it can reflect in every conversation as you are engaging with your students daily at all times! 

It is important to engage with a student and use the 7 P's at all time as it will help you as we are dealing with students daily.

It is extremely important to stay up to date with policies and procedures so that you can provide accurate information to our students. 

I have learned that any information provided must be clear. We  must always stay in compliance and follow all policies and regulations. Know  the enrollment  agreement , have transparency with all costs, length of programs for our students sucess!

As an Admissions Advisor The transparency in policies and rules sets the right expectations for our students success! 

In Admissions it's extremely important to stay up to date as policies and procedures are constantly changing due to accreditation or licenses. 

It is extremely important to network with every department and engage with them, as I will be directing lots of students their way for students to get the right assistance they might need such as Job placement. 

I learned that as Admissions Advisor it is imperative to know the course catalog as it will give you more confidence when connecting with students and for those that bring their parents with product knowledge as they will move forward with an enrollment agreement.
