Post what you've learned about this topic and how you intend to apply it. Feel free to post questions and comments too.

Your attitude can affect not just you but also those around you in a positive and negative way. Also managing your energy is incredibly important.

Just like your attitude, your energy affects all those around you positively or negatively depending on the type of energy you are spreading.  I hope to exude positive energy and not negative energy.

Your energy level can have a positive or negative influence on both students and colleagues.

Your physical, spiritual, psychological, and family energy are impact each other and add up to make your personal energy. Missing or having low energy in any of those areas can impact your overall well-being.

It is important to have a good work life balance.

Personal energy is important to your effectiveness but also to the success of your professional outcomes; when you are good within you will be good on the outside too.

Taking care of yourself and paying attention to the BIG 4 will help everyone around you.

So far I have learned about "Family Energy" and how it gives us a sense of purpose and connection

We absolutely affect so many things when our energy is off.  Our energy can ultimately make or break someone else's day.

The module helped me realize how important it is to maintain my personal energy. I can not have the positive effect on the students that I want if I do not take care of my own personal energy.

It is important to keep all four forms of energy in check, if not it will throw you off balance. When talking about physical energy I knew exercise and nutrition played a huge role, but I never thought about how focus and allowing for breaks played a role in physical energy. I always thought of focus playing more of a role in psychological energy. It was interesting reading about the different forms of energy.

All four forms of energy are dependent on each other.

I learned about the 4 different forms of energy. It is very important to make sure all of those forms balance together.

I learned that our personal energy is made of four key components; Family, Spiritual, Psychological, Physical.

How we feel and the way we reflect it directly affects others, whether positively or negatively. It is important to focus on building a personal relationship with ourselves, to positively influence our work and society.

There are four important types of energy that we require to be successful; physical, psychological, spiritual and family. They all require maintenance and attention to ensure that they are filled properly. If even one of these components is lacking or missing our energy changes and therefore our attitude changes. This change can have a negative impact on both the student and the school.

The key takeaway is having an awareness of self; actions, behaviors and attitudes. An ongoing process.

Energy is contagious just like attitude! Energy management is more important than time management is very interesting!

knowing your purpose in your job role to help open students up to find their sense of purpose in life so they may have a path to follow and feel a sense of full-fillment in their life.
