I think individuals in education should have the attitude of "want to" instead of "have to"

I look forward to instilling emotional intelligence in my students moving forward

I found it interesting that our students should be treated like customers

I found it interesting that both modeling and mentoring will fall apart if we do not do a good job at monitoring 

It was interesting to read about cell phones and how dependent students are on their cell phones

Learning about the characteristics of "digital natives" was interesting

A fun fact I learned was that Gen Z has been subject to technology from even before they were born

Being a Gen Y individual, it is interesting to see some of the characteristics labeled on this group

I have learned more about the 3 groups Dr. Belbin discussed
