The organization needs to be all in! Every part need to be about the students and their success.

I enjoy seeing students succeed and reach their goals. 

It is very interesting how all the different generations prefer to communicate differently. I will definitely use this information when communicating with students and parents.

I understand that I need to acknowledge that I encounter people from different generations everyday and need to keep that in mind always. It will only enhance the encounters.

Attitude and energy feed off of each other,

I learned when taking the assessments that I have room to improve in each area. I believe that I can improve. 

It is important to make sure my life has balance to ensure positive energy. My energy can transfer to other students and coworkers so it is important to have balance.

My attitude can effect students beyond their time at my institution. It also plays a role in their success in college.
