This topic has made me realize that motivating others is not just about offering rewards but creating an environment where individuals feel connected to their work, capable of succeeding, and aligned with a larger, meaningful purpose.

Team Work is the key to a successful classroom, work environment.  

I always try my hardest to have a positive attitude, I do believe by understanding that our own characteristics and motivation can always help us with students

Students always need to know that they matter and their dreams can come true - to understand that life will always throw obstacles but it is in how we handle them that will help them succeed

It is so important to engage with the students and really mentor and support them

Very informative.  Gen Z & Y are both so technological, I feel that we need to continue to push them outside their comfort zones because there is critical thinking outside technology  - important for the future generations

Technology is an important element that is very necessary. I believe understanding how and when to implement is important as well as setting up some very specific guidelines for the use in the classroom.

I think using multiple techniques and strategies is a definite must! This is great information

I think understanding how life experiences influence our learning preferences is a definite key to expanding on awareness that everyone learns and communicates differently but also the state of mind from different generations.

It is so important to not only self evaluate but to consider everyone's strengths and weaknesses -
