Always model professionalism and lead by example. Simulate what the "real world" job will look like in the classroom (i.e- arrive on time, show respect, listen, speak professionally). Take time to reflect to improve each and every time you are in front of students.
In the teaching field, I am constantly learning more about the subjects, and how to better myself as an instructor.
This module has clearly outlined the skills that a good instructor should have and how to improve. Some are personal and others depend on the preparation of the teacher. I consider that the motivation of the instructor for the teaching work and for the subject he teaches are the pillars of the quality of his results. The vocation is fundamental.
Preparation, be on time, dress the part, motivate, be enthusiastic, know your material, engage the students.
Model to give a example of professionalism. Manage to deliver the course content so it may be logically understood. Motivate and bring enthusiasm.
Model the behavior you expect to see.
I have confirmed that much of what has been done in my long career as a teacher was not misguided.
I made a lot of effort to be an example for my students, to study constantly to give good classes to be able to realize the need to change the content of the programs in the face of the appearance of new techniques or knowledge.
Model, Manage, and Motivate! Be open to collaborate with veteran instructors and stay abreast of changes in your field. Most importantly continue to develop yourself and strengthen areas you may be weak in.

Lead by example. Be professional and courteous to students and staff. Love your profession and motivate students to strive and do their best. Constantly work to improve your own knowledge so you can share the latest, greatest techniques with your students.
It was a great course and we can confirm that to be a great faculty communication is a priority as well to continue in our improvement to be successfully in our classrooms.
