I have learned that it is recommended to keep a paper or electronic notebook to gather information that will be used for future reference. Among the documents to have in the notebook are those from your state licensing agency, other approving agencies that may regulate your institution, and your institution's policies and procedures. A resource notebook is an easy way to keep and access information. The notebook might be a physical hard-copy notebook or data kept online.

It is important to continue our training in professional development.

Proper training that is comprehensive and ongoing for all staff engaged in the admissions process either directly or indirectly is extremely important to ensure compliance.

When going through the admissions process, it is important that I remain truthful, and ensure that the student has a full understanding of the enrollment process/program and what it would entail.

It is important to only provide students with facts about the school and its program and not lie or give unrealistic information. Therefore, we must have constant training that helps them understand the best response options for different scenarios.

Admissions representatives must apply the regulations and standards, in order to guide prospects to make the best decision and answer their questions.

Ongoing training is beneficial as it will provide the representative to have more information regarding their institution which ultimately benefits both the rep and prospective students. 

Creating a culture of honesty and transparency helps ease the process of ensuring rules and regulations are followed and applied in all operations. 

It's important to have an understanding of the terms and process of an institution. This training will help us better understand the prospect and be able to provide a good service to them.

You must be very knowledgeble about your programs and communicate honestly.

It's important to give potential student accurate and current information. 

It is extremely important to represent your institution accurately, and to ensure proper representation it is critical to understand the compliance rules and regulations

I've learned from this module the importance of accurately presenting the information to prospective students and adhering to the guidelines established by the CIE.

Knowing the regulations and programs is key to providing the best possible service.

We are here to train and teach people and we must be very careful and responsible when sharing information with others. We must always work from honesty.

Good overview of enrollment agreement

There should always be ongoing training - it's very important that everyone is on the same page on compliance and have a through knowledge of the catalog. Any loan issues should be directed to FA - transparency is the key.
