It is all in the way we treat students and set processes in place to ensure that treatment is outstanding!

I never thought of seeking complaints as part of customer service!

Students are critical to our success and we need to treat them as such. The more we assist them throughout their journey, the more they will have positive memories and pass that on to future customers.

I have always heard its not what they did for you but how they made you feel. You make a customer feel valuable and they will be.

Both the students and internships supervisors feedback can be instrumental in making positive changes to the internship as a whole.

Students that are made aware of the expectations beforehand will be more successful and it is more beneficial to the student and internship site.

It is important for the institution to know what the student is gaining from their internship and to follow up as necessary.

Internships are great way to increase job skills as long as the are relevant to the students chosen career path.

We have an agreement with the Coastal Marine Education and Research Academy for our internships and it is incredibly beneficial to students and employers.

Social media and other advertising must represent your institution in a truthful and honest manner to avoid negative issues.
