This really makes me think to have information sectionally presented in 20-minute increments and to keep it under 7 instructions per 20 minutes. Incorporating all the different learning styles into these 20-minute sessions may be challenging but I'm sure over time Ill be able to overlap these styles.

Understanding the differently learning styles that students have is very important. It is also important to incorporate all those teaching styles within your classroom as much as possible because it makes for a well-rounded content all your students. It is also important to understand that adults only have a small window of time (18 minutes) that their attention spans will be available, otherwise they will get bored and tune out. Taping your lectures, was well as having mini lectures will help in getting the content of your class accepted by your students.
There are many different styles of learning. Those styles include written word, auditory, visualization, and tactile. People learn mostly by trial and error, observation, and by doing the skill themselves. As an instructor, it is important to meet all of the learning means of my students.

18 min max is the attention span of an adult student. I will remember this and utilize time management skills to deliver instruction without burning out my students

Lastly, it will be beneficial to your students to incorporate diverse ways to present the material to them during class.

The importance of developing clear goals, sharing expectations early through the syllabus, and providing guidance on how to succeed really stood out to me. These steps not only set students up for success but also build trust and reduce anxiety at the start of a course.
Preparing lecture formats and lecture notes are important and making notes can be a good idea about observations. Delivering the lecture is a special form of communication in voice, gesture, movement, facial expressions and eye contact. It can serve to reinforce the content being delivered in the classroom. Teaching and demonstrating will deliver content, which will keep students engaged and interested in the course. Also, it is important to deliver lectures because it will enable students to learn materials and demonstrate and enjoy the process.
