This material helped me realize that different types of assessments are used for set reasons. 

Assessments/evaluations allows for the instructor to confirm that information is being retained. If not, adjustments can be made. 

I plan on making time for my students and allowing them my full attention when asking questions and having a discussion. 

It completely makes sense to blend different learning styles in order to reach out to more students and have the learning actually apply. 

It is important to keep an open line of communication and recognize warning signs of a potential disruptive situation. 

It is important to constantly make sure the students are engaged.

Engaging with students and allowing them to participate is critical for their success. 

It is important to understand the classroom's ability to concentrate and retain information. 

I love the idea of an icebreaker to get familiar with your class, and allowing them to get to know the instructor as well. 

Proper planning allows the instructor to be organized and better help their students.
