I liked the lecture video that focuses on 3 different aspects of how the instructor is affecting eh student - delivering content, challenging assumptions, and helping the student learn something about themselves.
When giving a demonstration, it is important to make sure all students can clearly see you and are paying attention so they can fully understand the steps being shown. After students attempt the skill themselves, observe their performance to identify where some may be struggling. If needed, go over the demonstration again to help reinforce the concept and ensure everyone understands it.

I've learned quite a few things in this module. What stood out the most is that people learn in 3 basic ways, attention span is 15-18 minutes and we only remember about 25% of what we hear, amazing.
I have never videorecorded myself, but I like the idea of recording myself delivering a lecture. It allows me to review any distracting mannerisms that I am not aware of, or reinforce successful elements of my delivery.
The pearls of wisdom that I learned, I will use them.
