I learned to always have a backup plan.

I learned that sight is 83 hearing is 11 smell is 3.5 touch is 1 and taste is 1 which leads to 60 to 80 percent of knowledge being took in.

I learned how being excited and organized helps the student as well during class.

I learned how to execute my role as an instructor and as always connect with students and make sure they are learning everything they need to learn.

I would say I learned how to make it a warm introduction and give everyone time to meet and greet and connect with each other.

I have learned that planning ahead is the key to getting things going and situated. It not only helps you but also helps your students to learn better and respect and understand you better

The module was interesting and helpful to help one such as myself become a better instructor
