I will continue to use warmth and respect when communicating with students.

Be aware not to let questions overtake the lecture.  Passing out a 3X5 card prior to lecture and have students write any questions they may have and review them after the lecture or at the end of class. 

I have learned that a pretest is important, to inform the student what they will be learning and how they will be assessed. 

Keeping a check list of subjects and material to be covered may help the new teacher feel more comfortable that they have not forgotten any important information.

I have been reminded of the importance of reading current literature on the subjects specific to my profession and integrate the information into lessons as applicable. 

It is importance to look into or be aware of the school policy in dealing with conflict.
