Learning preferences will help significantly reduce the circumstance of learning challenges. It's important to recognize how the student learns the best to easily dissect through the challenges of information processing.

Language is a reflection of culture and they both enhance one another.

Both culture and race are important, but it's important to understand which is a social construct so proper respect is given to both.

I have learned to create an environment where students of all cultural backgrounds can learn, grow, and feel safe in the learning environment. I should teach with understanding that race is a social construct and multicultural environments help people succeed.

I've learned to alternate strategies and styles of teaching. Make myself present and available to answer questions. Develop a strategic lesson plan that is easy to follow.

I learned that I should give a nice introduction and background about myself to my students. I should allow opportunities for them to collaborate and learn from one another. I should make sure the students have everything they need and provide them with resources that will maximize their capacity to learn.

To always be prepared, show up as early as possible to anticipate challenges or address any issues. provide the students with a syllabus to help them navigate to structure of the course.

I've learned techniques on how to maintain professionalism while showing up for my students in a positive way. Making sure I motivate them and stay organized to give them the best education and opportunity for growth.

Sometimes a virtual lab is more appropriate.

I've learned the importance of objectives and how they relate to the cognitive and attentive levels of learning. I will ensure that my students always understand the objectives of each lesson and I will use creativity, teamwork, and experimentation to increase the student's level of understanding.
