I've learned that evaluation is the highest level of thinking according to Bloom's Taxonomy. This explains why evaluation is such a difficult task for some of our students. 

One of my struggles is teaching precise communication in my classes.  I teach culinary arts and specificity is important when describing recipe preparation.  Using the wrong measurement, cooking method or equipment will ruin the recipe and waste food product which can not always be replaced in a timely manner.  Written and verbal communication are taught on an almost daily basis in the kitchen lab.

I teach a vocational class that requires to work in teams on a daily basis.  I like the idea of incorporating small group discussions into the context of full class discussions to help students learn to analyze their own thought process and evaluate information before arriving at a solution to a problem.

Does anyone know if we have access to print graphics from this curriculum to hang in our own classrooms? 

I love the Maslow's graphic! It is a great reminder of what we can provide each day to insure student learning success.

If there is a group of teachers that teach different subject bunch are grouped into a PLC, how can they help each other?

As a new instructor in CTE: Business, I began to consider ways to teach and reenforce many of the 21st century employability skills in the classroom. Some of them, like showing up on time, respecting colleagues and management, and critical thinking are some that are already expected within the school. Show up to class on time and ready to learn, respect your peers and teachers, etc. One that I feel would be more difficult, especially in the secondary school environment is dressing appropriately.
