I’ve learned the importance of staying informed through up-to-date resources, ongoing training, and understanding institutional policies, programs, and regulations. I intend to apply this knowledge by maintaining a well-organized Resource Notebook, staying engaged with industry updates, and actively participating in training sessions to better support prospective students and ensure compliance with all guidelines.
I learned that when you know better, you do better. It is very important to stay up to date and informed on all that the university offers to stay in compliance with university guidelines.
I've learned that the more you know about the institute regarding the program, and student service offerings, the more I will be able to provide support.
