I have learned the correct terminology, also how important is is to keep a reference guide near with dividers so I can easily navigate while assisting customers to ensure that they are receiving the correct information and the best customer service.

This module outlines the important processes that an Admissions personnel must learn. I am grateful to know that there are concrete policies, statutes, and guidelines that is being implemented across Florida institutions. I have learned about Admissions - what it entails, the statues and rules that affect admissions and my institution. Terminology associated with admissions. I intend to apply information learned firstly by retaining information so I can be proficient when working as an admission agent, I also want to always stay knowing about the changes at my institution so I can represent the institution at my best.
