It is important to keep a record of communication and interactions between faculty and students. I learned about the different types of students and how they may present online.

All types of learners exist in virtual and in person classes. It is important to make sure to pay attention if a student is feeling alienated online to minimize attrition and support the student on their journey.

Managing the e-learning environment means making sure online courses run smoothly and effectively. This involves helping students access course materials, offering prompt support and feedback, keeping track of student engagement, and updating resources as needed. Good management ensures the online platform works well, accommodates different learning styles, and creates an engaging and productive learning experience.

I play a role in attrition management.  That means it's important for me to be listening to the feedback of students and be looking for patterns in their work.  That will help make me a more effective instructor.

As an instructor to an online class it is important to maintain communication with all students to prevent a student from falling behind. This takes the utilization of a variety of teaching and communication methods.

I learned how to keep students involved, give helpful feedback, and handle challenges in online courses. I'll use this by staying engaged with students and keeping communication clear and organized.

Establishing a good file system for easy access of students work will enable a more effective teaching style. There are different kind of learners to accomodate

To manage an e-learning environment, an instructor must  monitor students who feel alienated, have an excessive workload, competing responsibilities, and struggle with technical issues. Also, he/she must monitor the discussion threads to keep everyone on target and send personal emails when needed.

I appreciate the advice to have students do work offline so that they can save the work independent of their Internet connection going out and using that as an excuse to procrastinate.

It is important to make sure that each student participate in the course, keep in touch with them through Email. Let them know that you are there for them.

There are many types of students and building a relationship with them can not only support the online community, but it can help maintain order.

I have the most problems with the students who are procrastinators. I find that I have to send weekly reminders to complete work, and after the due dates, I send a message to those students who did not submit. I keep notes on students in the NOTE column of the gradesheet.

Great feed back.

I learned with e-learning there are some difficulties with processing and keeping information organized. With this I will ensure when emailing students to note the topic and course of discussion. In addition being a support system
