Disciplinary action

An Instructior must be discipline in the action that he/she is going to proceed, in delivering the learning material to the students. Take into consideration how they are going to prepare the lesson to be thought to the students and discipline them selves by following through.

A learning environment

In a learning environment, being an instructor, it is good to take note of the body of students and their reaction/interaction in the class room environment. The instructor never knows it all, but also learn from the students as they instruct them. In this case this will help the instructor how to adapt to different learning environment as they proceed their career. There are different diversity of students to deal with. An instructor can socialized one self with the student at a distance, and at the same time being that role model that the student is looking to learn from, in order to propelled them towards their goal.

Be Prepared

Being prepared will meet the different criteria that is expected of a learned instructor. Prepare the syllabus with the learning and required contentthat is related to the subject matter, and practice before entering a class room to instruct the students, in order to atain a successful outcome.

Retention

As an instructor coming to class prepared and have my objectives on the board the students will stay focused and i have found that to be effective for my retention in my class.

Effectiveness of mixining games with lecture.

As an instructor combining games with lecture has proven to be very effective. When planing games pertaing to the lecture it brings out the social side of the student, and for that moment age or how long you have been in school does not seem like a problem any more.

Classroom Settings

The setting in the classroom i find is very effective when doing group assignments and class projects. Using different color markers to write lecture notes is also effective.

Difficult students in class

As an instructor when dealing with difficult students in my class I acknowledge them however I tend not to respond in anger. After the class is over i will take the student aside and speak to him or her.

Instructor insight

As an instructor, knowing one self and what the particular instructor stand for is plays a key role in instructing others. Getting to know the students and how the instructor deliver the lesson to them must also be taken into consideration What an instructor learn, research,prepare and plan to teach, must be done in the right and organized concept when delivering to the students, because that is the direction that they are going to take to help them to be sucessful in life, and to pass on to others as they go along life way

my question is how do you deal or manage student in your class that he always tries to underestimate you as instructor, or tries to make himself-smarter than the instructor

How do you keep your topics up beat for everyone. When some students knwo the areas you are teaching. How do you keep them working in class, take notes. I have a few students that just fall of the edge because they have learned this material before. I have to cover these items for the rest of the class.

Syllabus

Give a detailed syllabus on the first day, first hour. Discuss the components of the syllabus, like objectives, assaignments, grading criteria, late assaignments and house keeping rules etc; Moreover,a little bit about the Instrctor and his/her contact preferences. And collect a signed acknoweldgement form from the students for documentation

Questions as a teaching technique:

This is a great method in the class, after all it encourages student participation. I will know consider to use the redirection method of it a bit more. Identifying that I don't know and will find out, is something I always do. It make's student have much more appreciation for the teacher.
