When we loose control of a classroom we also loose the respect of the students. I find that students respect instructors who are friendly but not a 'FRIEND"

True and false is the worst format in my opinion for adult learners. It does not challenge or allow students to use the knowledge they have recieved in the corse. I feel it also leads them to question the importance of such knowledge

In my classroom I look not just at written test scores but the ability of the student to apply that knowledge hands on. I find that wriiten scores do not paint a full picture of there knowledge.
