Action Plan

I'll be able to apply these techniques immediately with my day to day job. I'm communicating and working with all the generations covered in the lesson. It'll make me more aware as I asses the learning styles of each group.

Communication

Body language is something I learned like foot tapping means anious or bored. also sympathy and empathy. Empathy is when you put yourself in their shoes.

Course Evaluation

I felt like this course gave me a different approach to changing my person communication with others.  I appreciated the contente and the way it was presented.

I learned so much for the tips on asking effective questions. This will be something I will implement at school in the coming days.

I have no prior experience in working at the school so this tool helped a lot in giving me basic information on interaction with prospective students.
