This was a nice refresher course. Because we use the phone so often, we often get stuck in ruts that are not always productive. This course gave me some tips on how to use the phone more effectively.

It was a great learning experience. I feel that have improved my communication skills as an Admissions Representative by mirroring the prospective student.
I enjoyed this course a lot. It was very easy to follow and gave me a lot of information and tools that I haven't used in a while. This course is a very good way to get back to the basics of admissions and learn some new things along the way.
