I've learned in this lesson that pushing your collaborative group too hard could lead to isolating members. Everyone should be working together by choice and not because they're forced to do it.

You have to be very versitile, when communicating with people from multiple generations.

When an applicant is well informed, they can make a knowledgable decision on the school of their choice. This will lead to higher retention and a happier student over all.
