Email etiquette is essential in communicating for results. 

I plan to apply my learning in my everyday life as I engage with faculty and others to help us reach our goals. 

I learned several new criteria for selecting the various methods of communication.  

Communication is obviously a two-way street that requires understanding your audience. Best appreoaches (technology) must consider capabilities of your audience or subordinates.

I have learned that, a greater portion of all human communication is nonverbal.

Effective communitcation is not a "one size fits all." We must tailor our methods of communication with each piece of information that we are trying to convey.

This module was useful in helping to know what I should be doing when I am communicating in writing with others. I will use what I learned today to help with my future written communicaitons.

Provided the the constructive criticism is done effectively and in a more positive manner is vital. Both receiving and giving feedback in a constructive way is more helpful then an irrational and judmental approach. Try and always be open and caring about feedback. In the end we all want our company to succeed.
