After looking at the difference between Empathy and Sympathy, I have a better understanding of how to phrase a question or comment.
Body language is very telling of your attitude.

In this module we learn about the importance of differentiating body language and about empathy and sympathy.
I learned about the 5 principles of effective communication. I learned how to read common body language signals and the difference between sympathy and empathy.
Nonverbal communication speaks volumes compared to verbal language.
It is a very fine line between showing empathy & showing sympathy.
I never thought of body language being one of the components of communication. This has brought me to a whole new level

This section really helped me to understand the difference between sympathy and empathy because the two can be so close that it is hard to determine the difference.
