It is important to take customer service into the equation of how we deal with students.

This module stressed importance of sustaining a culture of compliance through student-centered customer service and ethical conduct. It discussed the importance of treating each student equally, actively listening to their needs, taking ownership of resolving issues, and creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Compliance is the result of our processed transactions for enrollment and admissions.

Customer service is so important to our success - treat others with respect, equality, in a timely manner and remember to listen, name, take ownership, provide a positive environment and always go the extra mile.

We have an important role to play in the lives of our students. It is super important to truly go above and beyond while staying in compliance. Customer service is key to our students overall success.

Compliance is outcome-driven and linked to a school's effectiveness. Everyone from the admissions department to financial aid to career services to the faculty have a responsibility to drive a culture of compliance.

Once you realize if you maintain an ethical, honest school, you will maintain the trust of students.

Follow the Mission & Values

Customer Service is a huge role in anything but more so in the educational realm. Reason being that when providing customer service we are representing our institution, which then leads to breaking down walls and gaining more trust with every encounter.

Noncompliance with regulations, whether intentional or inadvertent, poses significant risks to the institution. These risks include legal consequences, loss of accreditation, and adverse publicity, but perhaps the most profound loss is the erosion of trust among students and the broader community. Faculty members who fail to adhere to compliance standards can leave students feeling that their trust has been violated, potentially leading them to question their educational choices. It is essential that faculty engage actively in compliance training to understand the rules and ethical standards that govern their work, helping to preserve the institution's culture of integrity and ensuring that noncompliance is kept at bay.

Each department plays an integral part in ensuring the overall success of hte student's we have th eopportunity to help. The effectivenss of our communication, compliance and ethical conduct all work together to aid in both a studen't future success but also the institution's reputation.

What I gleaned the most from was the list of Concluding Actions. If we act with all of those qualities, we are going to set our students up for success.

We always want to be putting our students first. Always do whats right for them and remain compliant. Throughout the process with our students, we should always act with integrity, demonstrate consistency, fairness, transparency, have knowledge and purpose and always be in inclusive of everyone.

The students future is literally in our hands so we must assist them appropriately to ensure their success is fortunate!

The modules are so important to the success of every student and associate. Trust is earned and following the training in compliance will surely do that. Treat students with respect and trust and they will do big things!

First of all, we must have our mindset that we want EVERY student to succeed. When we think this way, we make EVERY effort for them to. This means going the extral mile and staying the extra minute to provide a path leading to their success.

It is important to say what you mean and mean what you say! Have integrity as we are also teaching our students professionalism:) If we are unable to directly help our students then we can definitely assist them in getting with someone within our institution that can! Take the extra step to make a student feel seen and understood!
