This module stressed importance of sustaining a culture of compliance through student-centered customer service and ethical conduct. It discussed the importance of treating each student equally, actively listening to their needs, taking ownership of resolving issues, and creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.

This module highlights the severe consequences of noncompliance and the impact it can have on students' trust and commitment. To apply this knowledge, we must actively participate in training activities, review institution's policies and procedures, and become familiar with the relevant administrative code for my state. By fostering a culture of compliance and doing the right thing for the right reasons, we can maintain students' trust and positively impact their educational journey.

In this module, I've learned about substantial misrepresentation and the serious consequences it can have when students rely on inaccurate or exaggerated information. It highlighted which areas are most vulnerable to misrepresentation, like accreditation, program requirements, and employment opportunities. It is clear that is is important to provide students with honest and clear information, while being mindful of maintaining fair competition with other institutions.

From this module, I've learned the importance of accurate representations and full disclosure. I will avoid using superlatives and ensure my statements are supported by facts. This will help students make informed decisions about their education and career goals.
