Each department plays an integral part in ensuring the overall success of hte student's we have th eopportunity to help. The effectivenss of our communication, compliance and ethical conduct all work together to aid in both a studen't future success but also the institution's reputation.

The most damage that can be done revolves around the loss of trust between a student and the institution they are learning to trust. This can lead to dimished performacen or worse, a permanent loss of trust and damaged culture of compliance.

Substantial misrepresentation is a vital thing to consider when conversing with any preospective student, current student, public entitity, or other when relaying information. It is important to speak with factual, information based rhetoric to avoid any instances of misrepresenation.

There is an easy way to tailor our words to be more factually accurate and avoid giving any false pretenses to students.

There is a profound importance regarding transparency and honesty. We must relay only the most accurate and factual information to not only best serve the student but to esnure that we are indeed creating a culture of compliance.

Each component of the Regulatory Triad work together to ensure that students are receving the best quality education to equip them for the workplace.

The difference between compliance and creating and sustaining a culture of compliance rests heavily on each employees desire to not only do the right thing in order to follow regulation and avoid backlash and punishment but rather to do the right thing for the overall sucess of the student and their future. We are not only aligning ourself with our orgaization's policies but also commiting ourselves to the overall core values and mission of our organization.
