We have an important role to play in the lives of our students. It is super important to truly go above and beyond while staying in compliance. Customer service is key to our students overall success.

It is imperitive to remain in compliance not only for the company's sake, but also for the students experience and furture success. 

There are so many ways to make the mistake of saying misleading information. So it is best to steer clear of over sharing, stay conservative and factual. 

Never over do it with exagerations. Stay factual.

Going into a new normal, it is imperative that we in admissions fully disclose accurate information.

It is very key to undertstaning the Triad. It puts what Admissions representatives do on a daily basis in perspecticve. We have a responisbility to help maintain the standards of our accreditiors so that we can keep our state funding and able to function in our government state agencies.

I see very clearly how important Trust is in Admissions. Without trust, your students will not feel like we are being transparent. 

Having a Positive Environement is very important for a condusive Work/school place. Students and staff work better when you are in a positive atmosphere.
