Activity

Customer Service is a huge role in anything but more so in the educational realm. Reason being that when providing customer service we are representing our institution, which then leads to breaking down walls and gaining more trust with every encounter.

Trust is a huge factor in students education. Without trust you dont have the right to pour in knowledge.

 

When speaking of any school always edify never de-edify. Speak of others as you expect to be spoken of. 
Also while stating information make sure 100% its factual with factual back up.

When stating your opinion(s) be sure to declare them as opinions to prevent consequences.

I've learned that the new normal of virtual schooling can be difficult with distractions if not stayed on top of, and also the importance of handbooks/knowledge of institution standards.

I learned and gained valuable insight on how all components of the triad work together.

I've gotten a better understanding of how Trust, Mission Statement,Transparency, and High Standards plays out to the bigger team. How they are all needed to help push the team/university forward and to fight for the same purpose.

With Trust, you gain in drops but can lose in buckets, so being mindful of every situation at hand.
