Paperwork can be overwhelming! When preparing an admission package with a prospective student, I have learned that having a checklist of items to be covered during the admissions process is most helpful.

The knowledge obtained in this section also helps prepare me to better understand the importance of proper prospect record keeping, and that the student fully understands what's going on in an enrollment process.

I learned that it is super important to be organized with paperwork. You should also have a checklist prepared before every interview. 

What came up for me in this module is working with my admissions team to ensure we are all clear on what our roles are, and the procedures that outline our roles and responsibilities.

I've learned the legal ramifications of the information in the School's catalog and making sure we follow all legal requirements to inform student applicants. 

The importance of maintaining accurate and complete files

I have learned that the enrollment agreement is more important than I gave it credit for!

I learned that staying organized and being an expert on the enrollment requirements, financial aid, and all other aspects related to the Fair Consumer Practices rule is absolutely necessary so that I may fully inform the student of everything they must know. Adding an interview checklist to my Resource Notebook will help during the enrollment process so I can collect all the information initially.

I've learned that it is important to walk each student through the enrollment process, being sure to clearly detail items like program requirements, tuition fees, and financial aid. Creating a checklist of eligibility and highlighting key points to communicate to the student can assist in making the process more effective while also lending to the building of their student file. 

Having a check list before the interview and a list of questions with the policies and procedures manual at hand should help interviews go more smoothly. Helping to ensure that paperwork is in order is not to be taken lightly.

Information learned helps me understand my function better. 

I learned to make sure the prospective student meets the admissions requirements and prepare a checklist for the admissions interview.  I also learned once the enrollment agreement is fully executed you will need to provide the student with a copy of the fully executed enrollment agreement .  Prior to the student's enrollment , it is required to provide the student with access to the institute's catalog.

Maintaining an organized and well documented process for all admissions and financial aid processes and student communication. 

I learned that being prepared by knowing all of the statutes and guidelines of governing bodies and the institution is vitally important in the admissions process. Also, having a checklist of questions for the prospective student will help make the interview more productive.

It is vital to keep the students records not only in paper but scanned into digital files. 

this course is very important in order to enroll the student and comply with the rules and regulations of administration.

Admissions paperwork and process is very as this is the process that will allow the school to know very important information on our students, which will be required to follow in order for the student to comply
