I'm currently working in my institution in the information processing field, but I have more than 18 years of experience in Higher Education, most of them working in a one-stop service position that allowed me learn aspects of the recruitment, admission, enrollment, bursar and financial aid processes. This module has helped me to review some policies learned on the road and, hence, to understand the importance of regular training to ensure we are familiar with the rules, regulations and processes that apply to our job.
