There are a multitude of ways an institution can reach the public by marketing and there different demographics for each interested dependant upon the program of an interested. Student serivces is also very important because the student may not in som cases have the necessary resources to faciliate classes or may be overwhelemd to an extent.

Organization is a key component of the process so you are able to conduct the interview. Also being knowledgable able the many finanical opportunities that the proceptive to  student has when looking to enroll in the institution.

Im a newly hired Admisson rep. and what im learning is everything has a process that needs to be followed to the tee. It is very important that one has a nkowledge mastery of what is being talked about to potential students as well as ther families, for the fact that you are a representatitive for the institution. Also procedures and programs are subject to change based on your institution so it is of vital importance to make sure you are up to date with said information at all times.
