I was able to get a better understanding of the components of a call, and call management.

I was able to learn what essential skills were mostly used and which ones were not used as so much. product knowledge was the least one used overall.

I learned the different levels of listening and how each one is used. 

This module helped me learn the different responses to body language and the importance of active listening. 

I have learned the importance of maintaing a resource notebook and making sure it is up to date. As well as making sure you are as knowledgeable as possible about the programs that your school offers and the specific industries.
