Catalogs are important because they include all information required and can be used consistently as an information guidebook by employees and students. They explain the students' rights and responsibilities and of course the responsibility of the institution to the student as well as to the Triad.

Valuable to both - yes. We hope that the student does read the catalog. Today, most students don't read much, let alone a school catalog. As to staff, the catalog is a wonderful tool. Content is easily referenced and staff knowledge adds to transparency.

Catalogs are valuable because they contain all the information the school must present to students. It protects both the student and the school.

Catalogs are valuable to both the student and a school employee because it provides information that is critical for the student. It discloses items such as employment rate and graduation completion. It also creates transparency to the student to let them know they are not given false information about the school. This will create a sense of trust in the student when choosing a school.

The catalog is the guidebook to navigating a new world for our students. Even if a student hears an answer about a question having a valid and accurate source to refer back to in empowering. The rules should not be a surprise the way to earn academic honors should be clear so they believe it is attainable.
