Does your school have an internal training program for new agents/admissions reps?

If so, how much of the training program is focused on compliance with state/federal/accreditation regulations governing admissions?

Our training is set up to keep agents in compliance at all time.

Yes. The first three weeks of employment consist of intensive study about compliance and internal policies. Thereafter, we have training sessions at least once a week, that are geared for continuing compliance knowledge and policy changes, as necessary. We are always encouraged to ask questions if we are ever unsure.

We have an initial training program for new reps. that lasts for several days. Compliance is a very important part of our initial training.It is also an important part of our ongoing training.Representatives are updated on a weekly basis to keep them current.
