There was 3 weeks of training before going to the floor to become an admissions representative. We had to pass quizes/tests and participate in discussions. The trainer had to adhere to all state/federal/and accreditation regulations before we could pass to be a representative. Before we could enroll students in Ohio we had to recieve our certificate. We received documentation for a notebook as well. Is there anything from these comments we should have received that we did not?

At my school, we have training on an as needed bases. We will have training classes scheduled to keep us informed of new laws or regulations. Most of the trainings focus on compliance issues.

Yes, our Institution has internal and ongoing training/coaching programs with an mdor and experienced qualified trainers. Upon completion of several weeks of training we continue with coaching and refresher courses to assist the end user better. Our school has stringent policies and procedures toward ethics to remain compliant to regulations of the Industry. Overall our experienced trainers are proactive in assisting to make sure we are providing the utmost experience for sharpened skills which remain focused and compliant to State/federal/accreditation regualtions governing admissions.

Our institute is very focused on not only initial training for new hires, which lasts for several weeks prior to someone being allowed to start assisting students independently. But, also ensure that training is done as often as needed. Most of our teams have daily or weekly meetings to discuss any recent changes or updates regarding internal policies as well as state and federal regulations.

As a new admissions representative; you go through several weeks of training on campus and with the corporate trainers. A great deal is spent on complinace issues. As a current admissions representative the school does training sessions on compliance and addressing any changes in policies and rules. Everyone must pass a yearly compliance test at the college.

The initial training includidng both computer and formal training with instructors, is extensive. Continual weekly training by our DOA as well as an annual compliance test keeps us informed about state/federal and accreditation requirements.

Yes, we have an internal training program that lasts about two-three weeks. About 1 day is spent on compliance with state and federal rules and regulations being discussed as well. In addition we do review the information again during training. And take a test at the end of training as well.

Yes, our institution has an internal training program for new reps. If I remember correctly it lasted a whole day. We are also getting updates from our managers as to new and relevant regulations, sometimes in the form of friendly reminders. Compliance is big factor, we want to do what is best for the student while staying within the guidlines of the laws set in place.
