Yes, new employees have about 4 weeks training before being released. Training is ongoing after that. Also, there checks in place to make sure the agents are consistent.

Yes. The first 3-5 weeks is dedicated to training for new admissioins reps. A large portion of the training program is dedicated to compliance. Each admissions rep has to pass a internal compliance test during training prior to meeting with any students.

We definetly do and I think it is vital for the school to be successful. Besides program information and certain information about our school, majority of the training is focused on compliance.

Compliance is so important in what we do because students are making important decisions on going to school and making an investment in themselves. Giving them the right information and quality customer service is very helpful for a student on deciding on a school.

A great deal of our training program deals specifically with compliance.Our training is ongoing even after our initial training. Our supervisors keep us abreast on any changes to help keep us in the loop.

The institution that i work for does have an internal traiing program for new agents/admission reps. Upon the hire date each new rep is required to attend a 2 to 3 week training in which all compliance and regulations are explained. The new hire must pass this training course and apply for all applicable state liscensing in order to successfully complete training. This allows them to be well equipped when discussing or soliciting programs to perspective students. A signifcan't amount of time is spent io providing admission reps and agents with handouts regarding best practices,proper verbiage, as well as state and institutional compliance information.

When I had training 4 years ago we spent 3 days to start of just one on one training and we spent almost a full work day talking about how to perform my job within the state of Ohio rules and laws. We have training 2 times a year where they cover anything that has changed within our job funcationsc or rules and laws. Our job is always changing and there are things that we can also update to make sure we are on top of our game.

We have an internal training prcoess that will last two weeks that every new Admissions Rep will encounter. In regards to focusing on compliance with state/federal/accreditation regulations, these are covered within the first day of the training. They will then be reviewed periodically as each area is feferenced with these topics.

We provide training begining the first day and it is ongoing during the initial 90 days of employment. Compliance is covered the first day and reviewed on an ongoing basis as well. Weekly meetings are held with entire staff to cover changes and updates. Weekly reviews with admissions reps are held as training/best practices sessions.

yes we do and it a pretty good program this really give the admission reps a better understanding what a admission reps everyday funtion is. by far compliance training is done everyday there is always something you can training on this is a another huge piece of a admission dept with out compliance you have no school.

Yes we do. The training usually takes about a month and a half to complete and is done before each agent is allowed to start on the floor. They are very focused on compliance and very thorough in their discussion of it. Falling under Title IV it is a topic that is always being discussed so quite a bit of the training focuses on compliance.

Yes, my school has an intense training program focused on Compliance with all state/federal/accreditation regulations governing admissions. We spend about 4 weeks in training going over the do's and don'ts regarding these compliance issues.
