i learned different types of testing methods and the way they are used, what can be tested and the importance of using each method.

i tend to apply by ensuring each student has a fair chance of having a successful test and choosing the right method for them

it teaches effective ways for questioning techniques,Thatll be able to keep the students engaged and interact in class discussions. It explains different methods you can take where the student doesn't feel intimidated or afraid to speak up and talk out in class in any discussion that's taking place

IVE learned there is a variety of learning styles that's students may have. you can mix students in groups once you've learned them so that way they can be able to adapt from each other's style and be able to gain knowledge in different aspects of learning and understand how it may help and benefit them.

what i have learned that's is important to create the best and most welcoming environment for the students. get lots of feedback from them, engage with them and see what's their needs 

use different learning approaches that can apply to all students in the class and not a selective crowd. not all students grasp the concept of learning the same , some learn by being actually physical some learn by just hearing it or just seeing it. 

This Module thought me more about classroom arrangement and how different things can be done to change the learning atmosphere and create a more mind relaxing in the students mental capacity and learning mindset.It also thought me how to keep students engaged from time they enter the door to every sessions of the learning time in class.

How to avoid using words and replies that may come off in a negative impact on the students. The differences between and instructor and facilitator, how they both differ in terms of communication with the students and how they approach situations.

keep your students engaged but not overwhelmed.  learn their learning styles and incorporate into a way that everyone can relate and understand

Ive learned first impressions matter, set the tone on the first day get the students comfortable with you the atmosphere and the other students.

Use good interactive methods, help them get to know who you are, who's instructing them
