Different learning approach is a great idea. Simulation with debriefing is the best.

Seat charting can be effective in the classroom. Always be reminded that the shy students might not want to participate in groups. The shy students can be encouraged to sit in the front of the classroom. Playing music can be another effective method of learning, however one must be mindful of the type of music to play.

There are different styles of teaching, and the instructor can learn new information as they teach.

Teachers may permit instructions to be recorded. Students with dyslexia may at an average or above average student.

Without instructional support, many learners are not going to be successful. 

It is good to place the students in group so that they can work together. The group must be structured to be effective.

Management and leaders are different meaning, however, they work together. Leaders are innovative while managers administers.

Leaders have a bird's eye view, while the managers are in motion. Leaders are visionary while managers implement the plan.

 I learned that to be a great manager you must be a good leader. Leader and manager are two separate rolls.

Communicating with the students is important. An instructor must get to know their voice and recording yourself is a great idea. You can watch the recording to see what needs to change. Having a cracked voice you can speak softer.
