At our school we have a form that goes in each new student file that itemizes all of the necessary forms required to complete an enrollment. As we add each form we can check off the required paperwork on our admissions audit sheet so we can see at a glance whether their applications are complete, and the status of the financial aid or financial plan.

Does it make sense to have students sign a full disclosure statement that they were given all required information regarding admission etc. The statement to include a checklist of all area of required disclosure. This could possibly reduce school liability and future problems. So, I was wondering if anyone does this?

For smaller training schools

After reviewing the process on admissions so far, it is clear that some of the rules/regs do not pertain to me such as accreditation and financial aid procedures. However, my question is: Do I need to provide job placement assistance when the student is using Career Central as a source of providing funding for the training as well as job placement?

social media + Google Analytics

With a little work, it is possible to combine the use of social media with Google Analytics to track which social media posts and links are most effective at directing students to an institution's web site for more admissions information. Using these tools, it is possible to figure out what are the most effective social media methods to reach prospective students and then focus efforts on those. -mike
